Timeline & process

How long does a website take?
For a standard business website, allow 7 business days from the moment the brief is approved. For more complex projects (e-commerce, business tools, multi-page sites), the deadline is set in the quote. The deadline we announce is guaranteed in the contract.
How does the brief work?
It starts with a conversation (phone or video call, 30-45 min) to understand your business, goals and constraints. A written brief captures what we've agreed, then we move to design. No technical knowledge needed on your side.
How many revision rounds do I get?
2 rounds of revisions are included in every project to fine-tune the work (copy, design, features). Beyond that, major changes may require an add-on quote — always flagged before anything is billed.
How does it work remotely?
Everything is done 100% remotely — call, video, email, file exchange. Our studio is based abroad (company registered in the United States) and works with clients across France and beyond, with no geographical constraints. No travel needed on your side.

Payment & commitment

How does the 50/50 payment work?
50% of the amount on signing the quote — this deposit kicks the project off. 50% before going live or final delivery, once you've approved the finished work. Secure payment via Stripe: credit card, bank transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. There's no long-term commitment for one-off services (website, identity, internal tool). Social media management and maintenance are billed monthly with no lock-in — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
The company is registered abroad — is it legal and secure?
Yes, 100%. The company is registered in the United States and complies with European PSD2 (payment) and GDPR (data) standards. Stripe handles compliant invoicing: you receive a proper invoice adapted to your status (individual, professional, international B2B).
Does this change anything for payment or accounting?
Yes — and it works in your favor. Since the company is registered outside the EU, our invoices are issued without VAT: there's no VAT to advance (a 20% cash-flow saving on every invoice compared with a French provider). On the accounting side, it's simple: the invoice is recorded as a standard intracommunity / non-EU service purchase — your accountant will know the drill, it's treated exactly like a Google, Stripe or Notion subscription. No extra paperwork on your side.

Ownership & guarantees

Who owns the code and design after delivery?
Creative assets are yours from the start — code, design, visual identity rights, source files. For hosting and domain name, they are initially registered on our infrastructure to simplify operations (updates, backups, SSL, security) and save you from managing them. If needed (provider change, business sale, bringing it in-house), transferring the domain to your own account and handing over all access is unconditionally guaranteed — just ask.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
The written brief and the 2 included revision rounds keep expectations aligned throughout. If we ever seriously disagree (rare in practice), we find a fair solution — free extra work, a partial or full refund — depending on the situation.
What guarantees do you offer?
Deadline met (or -5% off the price), guaranteed fixed price (no hidden costs), and your site tested on all browsers and screen sizes before launch. Plus 30 days of free support after delivery to fix any bugs.

Maintenance, hosting & SEO

Are hosting and domain name included?
Yes, 1 year of hosting and domain name are included in the €900 Business website package. For subsequent years, it's covered by the maintenance pack (from €60/month) or invoiced separately if you prefer to manage it yourself.
Do you provide maintenance after delivery?
Yes, optional. The Maintenance Pack from €60/month includes hosting, daily backups, SSL certificate, security updates, and up to 2 minor tweaks per month.
What if I want changes after launch?
For the first 30 days, support is free. After that, up to 2 minor tweaks are included in the maintenance pack (€60/month). For larger changes (new section, partial redesign), a quote is provided based on the scope.
Do you handle SEO?
Essential SEO is included with every website (meta tags, sitemap, URL structure, speed). Active SEO (full audit, content, backlinks, ranking tracking) is a separate service. See Acquisition.

Redesigns, trades & small businesses

Redesign or creation — how does it work if I already have a site?
The process is much the same. We start from what you have (URLs, content, identity), then propose either a redesign consistent with your current image or a complete repositioning — whichever fits your needs. Your SEO is preserved (301 redirects from the old URLs).
Do you work with tradespeople / small businesses with no web expertise?
That's exactly who we work with. No technical knowledge required on your side. We handle everything; you approve. The brief happens in plain language, no jargon. If you can use email, you can use your Norvio website.
What if I already have a brand identity or logo?
No problem — we work with what you have. If you already have a logo and brand guidelines (colors, typography), we build on them. If you'd like to refresh them along the way, that's an option (we'll cover it in the quote).
Do you build e-commerce sites?
Yes, on Shopify or WordPress/WooCommerce depending on your volume and needs. It's a separate service from the standard business website (more complex, longer) — custom quote based on catalog, payments and logistics.
